Lock & Leave, Semi-Detached Town Homes at Adventure Bay in Vernon, BC. Adventure Bay is a distinguished single-family community with wonderful amenities and a mile of shoreline along Lake Okanagan for all residents to enjoy. Every residence will have an extraordinary south facing lake view.
Just ten of these architect designed energy efficient homes will be under construction shortly. These will be bright, contemporary dwellings with high quality interior finishes and incomparable south facing views of Lake Okanagan.
The homes will be suitable for year round or seasonal use, with a gate for security, and lock and leave features for your convenience.
Optional remote home monitoring and security systems will be available. We are also researching specialized solar and geothermal energy options to supplement hydro for the residences.
At this time we are completing final site preparation. Adjacent amenities, including a pathway to the beach, bocce, tennis and pickle-ball courts are well underway. Ample garden plots at each or the homes may inspire residents to plant fruit trees and vegetable beds, including perhaps a few grape vines.
Each residence will be approximately 2650 Square Feet of finished space, with options to increase or decrease the size by several hundred square feet.
Once our architects finalize the floor plans, an interior design team will assemble interior finish options, and construction cost estimates will be determined.
Based on anticipated 2019 construction costs, turnkey prices will range from $895,000 to $1.1 million plus GST for a semi-custom, lock-and-leave, high quality residence.
The homes will include heated kitchens and en-suite floors, upgraded appliances, energy efficient design concepts, low maintenance xeriscape landscape with automatic drip irrigation, expansive decks for lounging, barbecues, afternoon naps, and evening snacks and beverages, all with truly extraordinary, south facing, totally unobstructed lake views, and more.
This community will be managed and maintained by a Building Strata, with the Association taking care of exterior building and landscape maintenance, road cleaning, snow removal, insurance, security, etc. Fire suppression systems will be included in all homes.
We anticipate the the first homes will be ready for occupancy during 2021.
There will be some flexibility regarding completion and move-in dates to accommodate building schedules and buyer preferences.
