These Townhomes will be contemporary dwellings with high quality interior finishes and incomparable south facing views of Lake Okanagan.
They will be suitable for year round full time residence or seasonal use, with a gate for security, and lock and leave features for your convenience.
At this time we are completing the site work and amenities, including a pathway to the beach, bocce, tennis and pickle-ball courts. Ample garden plots at each Townhome may inspire residents to plant fruit and vegetable gardens, including perhaps a few grape vines.
Each Townhome will be approximately 2600 – 2800 Square Feet of finished space.
At this time, based on construction costs for dozens of single family homes we have built at Adventure Bay, we estimate Townhome prices will range from $649,000 to $729,000 plus GST for a lock-and-leave high quality finished home.
Each Townhome includes heated ensuite floors, upgraded appliances, low water consumption & low maintenance xeriscape with an automatic drip irrigation system, decks with unobstructed lake views, and more.
The Townhomes will be operated as a Building Strata, with exterior building and common landscape maintenance, street cleaning, snow removal, insurance, security, etc. taken care of by a Strata Association per the Strata Documents. We estimate that the dues will be approximately $165 per month for each of the ten Townhomes.
We anticipate the first Townhomes will be ready for occupancy toward the end of 2016. There will be some flexibility regarding occupancy dates to accommodate new owners.
