How to find waterfront property for sale in the Okanagan...

During this spring and summer, while substantial site servicing is happening at Adventure Bay and along Tronson Road leading to the project, we are receiving visitors at our SEASONS welcome center. We will then escort you to the Adventure Bay site just a few minutes away for your safety and convenience.

Directions to the SEASONS welcome center:

From the North...

Follow Highway 97 into the City of Vernon. Just before you reach Vernon, there will be a choice between City of Vernon and Lumby. Take the overpass (to the City of Vernon). Proceed to 25th Avenue, turn right (at the Canadian Wholesale building). Follow 25th Avenue (which changes into Okanagan Landing Road) approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at 7760 Okanagan Landing Road. Turn left at the SEASONS IN THE OKANAGAN sign to our model homes. Please be cautious of construction vehicles.

From the South / from Kelowna and Airport...

Follow Highway 97 into the City of Vernon. Proceed to 25th Avenue (first traffic light at bottom of hill) and turn left (at the Canadian Wholesale building). Follow 25th Avenue (which changes into Okanagan Landing Road) approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at 7760 Okanagan Landing Road. Turn left at the SEASONS IN THE OKANAGAN sign to our model homes. Please be cautious of construction vehicles

From Okanagan Activities...

Skiing, golfing, boating and wineries are within eyesight of your veranda. Sandy beaches, sailing and rowing clubs are steps away from your door. Vernon shops and markets are a few kilometers away. Tranquil country lanes and bike trails are connected directly to SEASONS for morning walks and leisurely pedaling.
